Fully Automated Fees Module

Fee collection and management is one of the critical processes of a school. Our Fee Module is one of the most automated Fee Module available in the market. It is also fully customizable as per individual school needs.

The module automatically calculates the pending fees, late fee payment, deductions and concessions if any applicable to the selected student. The fees can be collected by Cash, Cheque or Draft.

Student Attendance

Student Attendance is one of the primary roles of every schools. Attendance can be marked of a class by entry through Data Grids, thus marking attendance fast and efficient. SMS and Email notifications will be send to the parents in the student is absent.

Attendance can also be analyzed through Attendance Reports of Students, Class and School.

Automated Admission and Registration Process

School Management System has a completely automed Admission and Registration Process. Each school can assign its own marking system based on the admission form. Every school can also provide a cutoff marks for each standard seperately. Those admission forms having marks above the cutoff would be notified of the admission through Email and SMS. Same admission form would further be used to create Registration Form and Students Master Record onces the admission is accepted.

Report Designer

School Management System has one of the most advance Report Designers in the market. We not only provide you with some of the most commanly used Reports like Class Attendance, Admission Report, Daily/Monthly Fee Collection Report, Pending Fees Report, etc but also train your System Adminstrator to create new Reports using the Report Designer. The system adminstrator can then create reports for the school as and when the need arises in the school.
